15-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to love your Tailova purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in their original condition and include any original packaging when reasonably possible.

To start a return, contact us at tailova.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send a product back without contacting us first, as return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at tailova.store@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
